Returns Policy

At StrixAmsterdam we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and straightforward returns policy.

1. Returns within 14 Days

  • Return period: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Conditions: The item must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

2. How to Return a Product?

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service at info@strixamsterdam.onmicrosoft.com to register your return. Please state your order number and the reason for return.
  • Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions and a return label if applicable.
  • Step 3: Carefully pack the product in the original packaging and include all accessories and documents received.
  • Step 4: Take the package to a shipping point and keep the shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

3. Processing costs

  • Free Returns: Returns within the Netherlands and Belgium are free for orders over €100. For orders under €100, the return costs are at your own expense.
  • International: For international returns, return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Period: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Payment method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

5. Exchange of Products

  • Exchange Policy: If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same steps as for a return. When registering your return, please indicate which product you would like to receive instead of your current order.
  • Shipping costs: The same shipping costs apply for exchanging products as for returns.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Notification: If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt at info@strixamsterdam.onmicrosoft.com or by telephone at +31 640 340 617.
  • Solution: We will send you a replacement product or offer a refund, depending on your preference.

7. Exceptions

  • Excluded Items: Gift cards, personalized items and hygiene products such as earrings and underwear cannot be returned.
  • Conditions: Items that are damaged or show signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.
